The Data Formats page lists known formats used for translation purposes.
The Tools page gives a selection of tools used to work with translation data formats. Emphasis is placed on free open source software over commercial or proprietary applicaions. Cross-platform tools are also given precendence.
Downloads provides links to where the specifications for standards, tools and related can be obtained, including from this project on SourceForge.
Contact information is available for those interested in participating in development, improvement, promotion, and transformation of standards used by translators.
